3. Term and Termination:

the service of the website with immediate effect. This waives any right,
from any law, from any global location, to make use of a capability
known as ‘the cooling off’ period, which allows you a period of time to
postpone the commencement of the service. You may terminate your
membership at anytime, by means of written e-mail but your subscription
will remain active until the end of the current paid period. Either you
or Sugardaddie.com may terminate your membership at any time, for any
reason, upon us receiving written notice from the other party.
Sugardaddie.com reserves the right to refuse or terminate the membership
of any individual that our editorial staff deems not up to the
standards of this website based upon the discretion of the editorial
staff. Sugardaddie.Com reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate
your access to the service, without notice and without refund upon any
breach of this Agreement by you, which may be brought to our attention.
4. Non Commercial Use by Members:

validate its apparent authenticity. These additional photographs, again
